Orders can take approximately 5 business days for us to process and ship; Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and Holidays). As we are a small business, we do our best to get your order shipped out as soon as we can. Please note that this time frame does not include actual shipping time. Orders are shipped ground by either FedEx Ground, FedEx SmartPost or USPS. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
We offer a Flat Rate Shipping fee for all orders. This Flat Rate Fee is a discounted shipping rate from our actual shipping cost.
Our manufacturing facility is not open to the public - no local pick-ups or deliveries.

Effective July 1st 2022, a $0.27 Colorado Retail Delivery Fee will be added to every order shipped within Colorado.

We do not offer International or Expedited Shipping.

If you receive your product damaged, please contact us immediately. Damaged product will be exchanged at no additional cost to the customer.

Returns and Exchanges for reasons other than damage, will be processed if the product is unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase. To request a return or exchange please call or email us.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs of the Return and/or Exchange.

Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or greater value.

Approved refunds will be processed on the same credit card on which the product was originally paid.

Note: All GALLON and SALE products sold are final and cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
