Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Orders are processed Monday-Friday and shipped using either FedEx Ground, FedEx SmartPost or USPS. Once your order is shipped you will receive notification with your tracking number.
We do not offer International Shipping.

If you receive your product damaged, please contact us immediately. Damaged product will be exchanged at no additional cost to the customer.

Returns and Exchanges for other reasons than damage, will be processed if the product is unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase. To request a return or exchange please call or email us.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs of the Return and/or Exchange.

Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or greater value.

Approved refunds will be processed on the same credit card on which the product was originally paid.
